All rooms have a private ocean front balcony or deck accessible through a sliding door, giving all rooms and beds a panoramic ocean and beach view.  Other conveniences include central air conditioning, cable TV and of course a private bath, some with whirlpool.  Below is your choice of ocean front rooms:

Reservations & Deposits....
Early reservations are recommended, especially for summer weekends. A deposit equivalent to 50% of the stay or one full night, whichever is more, is requested to confirm the reservation and is charged when the reservation is made. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted. Balances are payable upon arrival. We can only accept weekend reservation during the peak season for 2 or more rooms if accompanied by a 50% non-refundable deposit for the entire reservation.

Cancellations....
A confirmed reservation cancelled 14 or more days in advance of the requested arrival date incurs a cancellation charge of $20.00. When a confirmed reservation is cancelled within 14 days of scheduled arrival the deposit less service charge will be refunded only if all nights originally reserved are rented.

Check-In & Check-out time....
Check-In is between 3pm and 8pm++
Check-Out is by 11am
++Early Check-In is possible if room is available
++Late Check-In must have prior approval in order to accommodate time of arrival.
Rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast. Additional occupants in certain rooms involve an extra person charge of $30.00 per night. Every effort is made to provide the room requested. Should a problem occur, an equivalent room or upgrade would be substituted maintaining your guarantee. The rates do not include the Massachusetts Room Occupancy Tax of 7%. Smoking is not permitted inside the Inn.
